Visualize The Life you Want

One of my favorite personalities from the movie "The Secret" is John Assaraf. Here is a little snippet from one of his recent articles.

Success at attaining any goal can be measured by how effectively you are able to move an idea from your conscious (imagination) to your subconscious (belief/action). That is why visualization is so important. When you visualize something in your conscious mind, your subconscious doesn’t know that it is only in your imagination. It watches the movie taking place in your thoughts and accepts that they are actually happening in that moment.

I own several of his audio's, one of which I listen to very often. It contains some really wonderful affirmations, then he presents the affirmations subliminally

Kelly Howell

Some more affirmations:

I am calm within the flows of life.

I can handle even more and remain still within.

I cherish the flows of tranquility and allow this living substance to flood my cells.

In stillness I am attuned to the deeper knowings of my soul.

I feel the power of that bond in everything I do.

Kelly has a pretty impressive line of CDs for personal development and subliminal CDs.

Self Esteem Affirmation to Start Your Day

I found another great affirmation to boost your self esteem. Try this out for a week or two and see how you feel!

This amazing self esteem affirmation is a great way to start your day. Reading it out loud will help boost your confidence and give you the ability to meet the challenges of the day with courage and compassion for yourself.

My Declaration of Self Esteem

I am Me.

In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me. Everything that comes out of me is authentically mine, because I alone chose it.

I own everything about me: my body, my feelings, my mouth, my voice, all my actions, whether they be to others or to myself.

I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears. I own my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes.

Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me. By so doing, I can love me and be friendly with all my parts.

I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do not know -- but as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles and ways to find out more about me.

However I look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically me. If later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought, and felt turn out to be unfitting, I can discard that which is unfitting, keep the rest, and invent something new for that which I discarded.

I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do.

I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me.

I own me, and therefore, I can engineer me.

I am me, and I am Okay.
