I'm not sure if I shared this already, so at the risk of being repetitious, here we go.
One way of improving your life and how you feel about yourself is by using Self Esteem Affirmations. Many of us suffer from a poor self image or low self-worth, often stemming from our childhoods. We could discuss more about where these feelings come from, but I'd prefer to focus on what we can do about them.

Let's start by defining what an affirmation is. It's simply a declaration that something is true. The purpose of using them is to help us focus on a desired positive outcome, or change the way we think. Here are a few tips on how to create your affirmations:
- Keep them positive, avoid words like "don't", "can't" and "never".
- Make them short enough to remember without looking at them.
- Use words that you connect with on an emotional level.
Here are a few examples of my favorite affirmations:
- Every day in every way, I get better and better.
- I am totally adequate for all situations.
- I release all criticism.
